anyone else turn 30 and lose their mind?

white trash mid-life crisis

2010 pk ripper

i started riding a bike again about 3 yrs ago, for fitness mostly, but i really enjoy it. first was an el-cheapo walmart bike. i graduated to a trek 4500 after i rode the walmart bike into the ground. then i had to build something close to the last bike i had as a teen, '95 performer. then .........well i've never ridden bmx, but i'd like to give it a shot.

I think as an adult I would have went the "Floval Flyer' route, which was the 24" version of the Ripper.

ETA: My last BMX was a 1986 GT Mach One.

i thought about one of the larger se bikes, but the guy who recommended the ripper was 6'5". i'm around 5"10" and this bike fits me pretty well.

If you are thinking about racing the cruiser class might not be as viscous as the twenty inch class either. I am only 5'9", and the 24 inch bikes are a lot more comfortable, in my opinion anyway. I can ride a 20", and can set one up to fit me, but they just never feel quite right.
