Running is only giving me a crazy appetite and making me fatter.

Is it boring?

There's nothing special about P90X. It's not a free ride. If you eat according to the meal plan and do the workouts as directed, barring any sort of medical condition (thyroid condition, etc), you WILL lose adipose fat and gain muscle mass.

Yeah it works, and no it isn't boring as there is a lot of variety in the workouts.  it's all part of the muscle confusion!

WARNING: Be prepared to be cussing out Tony like a MoFo for the first couple of weeks!

A friend of mine has the dvds, borrowed them for 2 weeks. Kicked my ass!

I should have made copies... The yoga one was particularly interesting if I remember correctly.

Only because he's annoying.  I learned real quick to play the "music only" mode.

I know some personal trainers that hate P90X because it will easily hurt people (and not in a good way).
Strike that, I was thinking of Crossfit.

Try Insanity.

Quicker, no equipment needed.

It certainly does work. It tones more than it builds loads of muscle. I stopped because I was getting bored of it. Plus nothing gives you more confidence lifting weights than the hotties walking around the gym
