Do they not need to be shipped to an FFL? There is no mention of it on their site, and it repeatedly talks about FedEX shipping.

At the risk of sounding naive and not wanting to be raped in prison... how is that legal? How can they avoid an FFL?

...after meeting marksmanship requirements, and being a member of a CMP club (I think The_Beer_Slayer has or had a CMP club you can join).

They are chartered by Congress. Everything they do is legal and 100% above board.

FFL, hell. They don't even have to ship it to an adult. UPS let my 14-yeal-old son sign for my M1.
