Whats everyone having for dinner? I'm doing diced chicken with garlic, probably bbq sauce, and making it up as I go. Whats everyone else doing?

Pressure-cooked kamut grain drizzled with olive oil, black bean stew, roasted chicken leg quarter with barbecue sauce and an orange. This is what I eat pretty much every night.

Its raining cats and dogs here right now so I'm thinking comfort food.

Grilled ham & swiss sammies made with garlic Texas toast and a side of Sriracha laced tomato soup.

This would have been a damn good dinner pic if I had batteries for my camera... I just polished off 10 pork ribs that I had sitting on the grill for 30 minutes, marinated in Dale's and charred to perfection with Bono's Sweet & Tangy sauce... Those things have thus far been the highlight of this year's grilling season

Homemade Pizza (from scratch), Shrimp and Pesto Sauce with homemade Angel Hair Pasta (from scratch), Shrimp Oreganata with fresh Lemon, a Tomato and Red Onion Salad with Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, and Fresh Basil. Oven Roasted Garlic, and homemade Red Roasted Peppers.

I'm Italian.

Cod, fried with bread crumbs. My home made salsa, corn,green beans and onions in butter.
ZT 0301 knife, Sheepdog hat. Whats not to love?
