You'll find that most disaster relief fundraisers are scams. There are very few charities that actually end up having a positive impact on a situation. Most spend the majority of the money they take in on operating costs.

I'm not. Not sure what list you got on. I like how they say as little as $5 can help. How about $1? That doesn't help?
