Could someone explain to me what is at stake in WI regarding the collective bargaining? I know the gov said they could retain the right to CB for wages. Also does the deal they strike on the state level regarding wages & such trickle down to county & town level putting more burden on them?

They have agreed to all the salary and benefit cuts that were asked for the only thing they are fighting to keep is collective bargaining.
