OK, so I just did my taxes for 09 & 10. I understand to take the Making Work Pay Credit, you need to have worked that year. My wife worked both years, but I've been a student, so I had no earned income (GI Bill). The instructions are pretty straight forward and I'm 90% sure I'm good to go. Just wondering if we're still eligible for the full credit if she was the only one working. Thanks.
