The Members Mark brand at Sam's club has never given me the fishy aftertaste. And that brand got positive reviews and tested negative for mercury. Fishy aftertaste, lmao! Too easy... I wish I had known about the "No Fish Burps" (also hilarious in nature) before I stocked up. |

I take Nature Made...don't know about the mercury thing mentioned earlier, but I don't burp fish!
The pills themselves are kind of huge though. Link |

Anyone actually have their health improve by taking the fish oil? This. Anyone have some legitimate feedback? This is subjective and anecdotal, but I started taking them on advice of my Optometrist, as he said I "won't always be young and greasy," and it seems as if my skin is oilier since I started, beginning about three days after the first one. My contact lenses are comfortable, but they never got to be uncomfortable. |

I buy whatever the one they have at walmart in the big can. I only seldom ever burp and taste them.
Recently I have started keeping them in the freezer. Someone told me that after opening it is possible for them to get rancid since the shell is air permeable. You don't want rancid stuff in your body, so he said to freeze it. So far so good, and actually freezing them I believe makes the taste and aftertaste issue less of a problem. YMMV |

My contact lenses are comfortable, but they never got to be uncomfortable. I'm pretty sure it helps with lubrication of joints, which is great for me seeing as I squat and deadlift often. Hell at 4-6 grams per day sometimes my knees still feel creaky a day after the workout. |
