Wholesalers will want a copy of your FFL on file, so you will have to wait.

You should post in Texas home town forum. Wouldn't hurt if you advertised $1 transfer fee for ARFCOM members...

A lot of them require photos of the inside and outside of your store when applying for an account.  I don't know how pissy they'll get if you're operating out of another business that doesn't have clear signage, dedicated retail space, etc...

CDNN doesn't care, and it looks like Valor Corp may not be too strict in that regard.

Strongly consider joining a Buyer's Group

yes they cost money but if you aim to do retail and have an inventory it can make the difference in regards to being price competitive

as an example in a buyer's group the group buys 50K of an item verses a individual shop buying 1 - who do you think gets the better price on the item ?

Get setup with Buds and they'll drop ship from your wholesalers right to you and you can collect your $1 transfer fee for the trouble of doing all their paperwork.   It's a profitable arrangement and you'll soon find yourself skipping in unison through the jolly forest with happy feet praising your newfound income stream.
