assorted files

punches (steel and polymer)

pin pushers

AR recever block

small brass hammer

eye loupe

hex head

allen wrenches

small open end wrench set

small socket set

assorted AR specific stuff

NO DREMEL

Since you said no Dremel


One thing you might look for is a precision vise to hold sears and hammers when stoning them

The only gun specific tool I have is an AR armorer's wrench.



Screw drivers, punches, vise and the like are all out in my garage/shop.
Also, I use an old t shirt to protect uppers while clamped in my vise!

Torque wrenches in in/lb and ft/lb



various bore guides for all rifles that can use them

If you buy quality parts from reputable dealers then you should never need a Dremel....that being said I bought one just in case
