| Say you work in a hazardous work place (lots of shit flying through the air that could easily kill you) big heavy shit everywhere, you get the picture, and have a few co-workers that like to play games such as yelling "holly shit look out man" then laughing when you take of running, am I justified in getting extremely pissed off to not think playing games like this is funny? Or should I Just "Ioosen" up? |
|
I expect my guys to seek out newer and better ways to have fun at work, without compromising productivity or safety. They do so, and my job is a blast.
The moment someone decides a warning or caution is something everybody needs to ignore due to practical jokes, he'd be in my office with a short fucking paycheck and a few days to reconsider. |

Or should I Just "Ioosen" up? Yeah thats not even cool. I hate jackasses like that. I had a guy I bucked hay with, and I carried a .22 pistol with snakeshot for snakes under the bales. He would on top of the stack on the truck trailer and I would toss them up. I fucking hate snakes. He said "Oh shit, snake on several occasions.' and I would freak out. I finally realized what he was doing and didn't fall for it again. Towards the end of the final day he did it again, and then I see a snake come flying through the air and landing on my shoulder. I moved up that stack so fast and his eyes were like saucers. It took everything I had to not throw his ass off there and beat him in the hay field. Its really not cool to do that. I am fine with fun and games but if you know someone really hates something, or it really is a hazard then it should be firing material. |
