Morning guys,

The wifies droid is not working. She hooked it up to the charger last night and It was working fine when we went to bed. The wifie went to turn it on (one week old) this morning and it will not turn on.
I removed the battery and tried to start it with no luck. I then removed the battery and plugged it into the wall charger and I got the screen to light up but nothing would appear on the screen. I could touch the screen and buttons and the phone would respond by vibrating but it would not display anything. Next I put the battery back in and it would do the same thing. I removed it one last time and now it will not power up at all.

Whats going on here?

If it won't reboot after removing the battery, then it's toast. A week old, take it back to the store, I think you've got 30 days locally before you have to call and get a warranty exchange. Wife got the std. Droid 2 and had to get it replaced once already. I did find on hers that you have to hold the power button down longer to get it to boot.

Thanks for the reply. I just got off the phone with verizon and they informed me of the 30 day return policy and told me to go into the store for a replacement. I just hate driving all the way over there and dealing with that shit show.
