My windows media player keeps freezing up when I put a CD in. All I want to do is rip a freaking cd, and it's always this big ordeal  . What's wrong?I can open up the CD and remove the files, but they don't play. Any other way to do it? |

Windows Media Player has at least 4 different versions possible, since XP was first released.
What OS, what release? Do you have Roxio or Nero installed - and are they working properly? Have you tried other programs, like Exact Audio Copy? Have you tried updating it? More details would be useful. |
