Just finishing "Rise to Rebellion" by Jeff Shaara. Really well done. You can almost see the Constitution being written in the events leading to Lexington and Concord. If you are familiar with Jeff Shaara or his father ("Killer Angels") they use the real people and actual writings, histories, etc to write in a "fictional" form. Any suggestions for other good reads on the formulation of the Constitution? |
