my dad has a newer one, hes not a huge fan of it.

i bought an 05 impala to keep mileage low on my F350, its been a pretty decent car, good MPG and only very minor problems, its got 113,000 miles on it now.

I do like the size of the Impala. Might rent one for a weekend to try it out.

im 6'1" 215lbs, not the most limber person most days, and the car has plenty of room. truck space is nice too.

i average 24MPG city+highway mixed, 28 highway, ive gotten 32 or 34 MPG on a long trip one time.
for a few dollars more, go with the impala. my dad says he is all over the road in his malibu in the snow / ice.

My Dad bought a 2010.  its not a bad car. the ride in the back seat is pretty rough.  My wifes Fusion cost less and is better looking IMO

I drive my grandmother around in hers from occasionally. I believe it is an 07'. The car handles great. Since she can no longer drive I have considered buying it from her. I think it's a great car.
