Post what you receive this Xmas in here So far I got $200, which I spent on a TLR-1, Fobus holster and extra mag for my G17...still got about $40 left of that.

A balanced budget.
In spite of my wife losing her job. In spite of my buying her a new car and paying cash. In spite of that damn Target store that said wife cannot stay out of. In spite of two kids that eat non stop. In spite of two trips to Vegas, a week deer hunting and a three week family vacation. After the last paycheck of the year came in we have $37.00 more in the checking account than at the end of 2009. |

A giftset of Johnny Walker Black Label with two whiskey glasses, two queen size down pillows, and a ahem... disturbing amount of money. I'll be receiving some other stuff tomorrow and Sunday as my birthday is the day after Christmas.  I'm hoping I score a French Press from someone as I'd left mine in New York on a trip.

Just got done playing my present (got it a few months early). It's a vox tube practice amp. Sounds like a million bucks. Has an 8 inch speaker, one 12ax7 in the pramp and a single EL84 in the power amp. It has a built in attenuator switchable between 1/10th of a watt, 1 watt and 4 watts. It sounds decent on 1/10th of a watt, great on 1 watt, and I haven't cranked it on the 4 watt setting since I don't want to invite the man into my life. |

So far some 308 reloading stuff and powder for my LMT 308
I have 7 people living in my 4 Br house, one is a extra 19yr old kid that got kicked out of his house I used to be his Scoutmaster back in the day so we found him a job and a car, now he's just gotta save up the cash for a exaust system and registration. Kids and wife have plenty of presents, we will see what else the wife got for me. |

So far: some money from my Mom(into my savings account)  An r/c Helicopter from my Dad. Small one that looks like an Apache, it actually flies, pretty well, in all directions. He gave me 2 of them, not sure why. So 1 is for learning and the other will be used after. Got myself: new TV(Samsung 37" LCD) Bushmaster ACR w/EoTech XPS3 will update later OH almost forgot. My cat had a present for me today. He killed a mouse and left it at the front door. He was very proud of himself. |

Mom bought me a nice pair of Dan Post boots, wouldn't let the wife buy me anything because she doesn't make near as much money as me. I bought her a new laptop, I bought my kid a toys R us (not really but I swear it felt like it).
I don't ask for much or need much, the boots however were an awesome gift because I have jacked up feet and wear through them quickly and it gets expensive. |

I went out to work this AM and the wife and daughters went to pick up some last minute food items. (Or so they said)
When I came back I found a 42 inch flat screen tv in the box in my living room waiting for me. They wanted me to have it tonight instead of having to hide it till tomorrow. Never had one of these before so it should be interesting. Gotta admit I feel a little guilty getting this when so many folks are out of work but it's here so I'll enjoy it now. May even watch the Super Bowl this year and I don't really care about foolball
