The bear was two rungs down the ladder from the dude with the camera. I would have bladed 45 degrees and drawn down long before that. Guess this weren't his first run-in with a black bear.

That was pretty fun. I'd shoot one if I was forced to but can't see myself hunting one of these. I love me some venison though.
