So I was sitting here thinking as I have not much else to do and I wondered. What happens to people in wheelchairs that get arrested ? Are police trained to deal with that ? Are the jails equipped for it ? Does a guy in a wheel chair still get shackled for court ? How does the system handle special needs offenders ? Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile |

Yes we cuff them. Yes it sucks to load them in the wagon if they're dirty. And yes we take the chair with us to the jail. Are they kept in pc ? Or do they go to gen pop ? have they ever had their chairs taken and used as weapons ? Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile |

One of my commissioners was outside the SO and saw the whole thing. He said he wished he had a camera. They typically (at my place) do not go to gen pop. This guy would go to the local stores and dump his piss bags on the stuff they had sitting outside. He was a fucking gem.

Often they are fragrant. Turns out you don't mind the soreness that comes from sitting in your own feces if you can't feel your legs.
I've asked jail staff about the potential for weapon use via fake limb before. I believe they let them keep prosthetics until they attempt to use one for other than it's stated purpose of not falling over. |
