| Who here has worked for or is working for ITT in Afganistan. What do you know about them like are they a good company, good people? whats the story? |

I sent an app for an internship and looked them up. They do some cool stuff, and I'd love to eventually work there.
ITT is a HUGE company that does fluid stuff, military contracting(all the night vision), ect. They have jobs all over the world. What kind of work are you talking about? What section of the company, Fluid tech, Defense and Info, or Motion and flow control? Its a corporate empire. good people? too many to generalize. Your probably gonna have to find someone there who interacts with them to give you the inside scoop. Defense Transport Fluid each of these has a subsection, and each of those has a subsection, and those have subsections. (defense -> Geospatial -> Imaging -> NV) Then there is the whole department that deals with near light and thermal imaging systems and all that. They have a hand in tons of stuff. Its like asking about honeywell or procter and gamble. |

They offered me a job last year, but i was unable to accept due to family comitments. they contacted me saying there are some positions that are open that i fit. just wanted a eyes on the ground assesment of the work place stuff and all. any info would be helpful. |
. Im trying to stay in the states though. Of course If I HAD to go there I wouldnt be too bummed either.
