The FA law states you had to have possession of a registered MG before July 1994 to be grandfathered in otherwise its a no-go. |

If it was acquired prior to 7/1/94 then it would be a legal privately-owned FA. It would still have to be sold out-of-state, however, as the new transfer would make the new ownership post 7/1/94, & thus illegal in WA. |
