It's only CG, and I don't know for sure if the barrel is 14.5 inch, but it is for sure the 13.2 inch rail (this is from La Rue's own website).

Yeah, I think you are right.

Seems that they do 12" and 16" barrels, but not 14.5". Going by this chart anyway:
