a citizens arrest? Is it legal for somebody to try and detain you? Like dog the bounty hunter, if somebody without a badge and a REAL gun shoots me with a paintball gun and tells me im under arrest i am gonna be so fuckin pissed and would retaliate.

EDIT: this is just curiosity no paticular reason.

You you want to arrest someone, you have to do it on a first date.  You just break out the handcuffs and go from there.

Anyone can arrest (detain) for a felony that they witnessed. Trying to arrest for a misdemeanor will get you in trouble.
