I recently (Friday) had about $600 worth of gear stolen from my vehicle  that included my Eagle A-III pack .

I want to replace it with something non tactical looking, as in blue in color, but still tactical in use. Any ideas for non threatening color gear?

I have been looking but most places only offer military colors.

Thanks for looking.

5.11 makes a blue medical back pack.

I have a Rush 24, and LOVE it.

Thanks, I like that bag. It seems a little big but the color is good.

This also have the Responder 24.

it's a little different than the Rush24 that I have. It dosent have some of the little storage pockets. I've had the Rush24 for about a year, I love it.

Damn good pack.

I doubt the color matters much to thieves IMHO. In my experience the kind of people who break into cars are not making that decision based on the color of the backpack.

I don't really consider Olive Drab or "Foliage" to be an eye-catching "Look at me; I'm tacticool!" color. Even less so than black in fact.

I hear that, but I have thinking of a color change anyway. I am in the city and at the University mostly so the more "urban" the better. When I was in Italy last year I had to check my eagle pack at museums when other packs went through no problem. It was deemed a military backpack and had to be "secured".
