I have a gun broker auction for a m14 sage mod 1 stock and someone in japan wishes to place a bid for it and is willing to pay actuall international shipping. My question is, are there restrictions in reguards to sending gun related items to Japan?

you'd have to find a licensed exporter to handle it for you. do you even know if it's legal to own an M14 in Japan?

Here is another stock webpage saying it is a no-no for them. So I would not do it.

I will almost 100% guarantee that the Jap is a hardcore airsofter and wants the stock for that.

As others said be careful of the ITAR connection.
