Sig 556 with PRS stock, LaRue QD Bipod mount, Harris 6-9LMS, Heavy 20"Bbl, used (nicely kept, though) for 1200 bucks, cash-n-carry.

Well?

I have NO experience with Sig rifles, but this thing just called out to me. I'll have to have the barrel threaded and drop another grand on optics, but I think she'll be nice when I'm done. But how will she function? I don't even have a manual, although I can figure it out soon enough (I already like the removable charging handle). What kind of accuracy can I expect out to 600m?

My Sig 556 is the most dependable semi-auto rifle I have ever owned.

Going to check it tonight with a patch and rod.  I think it's 1:9 because most of my research today has stated that number.  Not to say that Sig's sight is wrong, but I always preffer to see for myself.
