It's that time again.

Arfcom introduced me to the wonders of wet shaving. The switch to more traditional methods eliminated most of the "problems" I'd always had with shaving. Those being ingrown hairs and infections and what not. I now view shaving as a pleasure and a joy, not something to dread.

Here is a way to get into it inexpensively.

These will introduce you to many of the concepts.

I'm not shaving this month, but I am thinking about it. This is one way for me to avoid shaving... talking and posting about it.

Thanks. I've been thinking of ditching the mach-3.

I hate shaving, and wish that my facial hair would fall out.

I switched to a double-edge razor a year ago... still hate shaving, but at least now they're closer, cheaper, less bloody, and less painful.

I'm a Traditional shaver myself, and oddly enough Mantic59 (the guy whose video's you posted) was one of the people who go me started and taught me a lot! He also has a blog that has lots of good information for those who are just starting out.  It can be found at         http://mantic59.blogspot.com/

I have a Gillette Tech and Edwin Jagger Double Edge Razors.  I tend to use the Tech more.

I've had a Schick Quattro in its package for a few years now.  I finally broke it out the other day and decided to try it.

It was like shaving with the grille from a 1972 Fleetwood.   Fucking ridecilouz.
