| Ive been listening to the song "out of gas" by Modest Mouse, and the quitar chords are reminding me of another song but i cant quite figure it out. Can anyone help? |

Look, I'm not trying to be a dick here, but I have to ask a question.
I pulled up the song on YouTube to see if I could help you out. I never heard this "Out of Gas" song before, but hey, maybe it would have a tune that I recognized elsewhere. What I heard almost made me want to run for the razors and a warm bath. Anyway, my question... Is this band's music always depressing? _MaH |

No, i dont think it is all that depressing, i have a rather wide range of music tastes, and this is a good night time chill music to me. I suppose we all have different choices in what our ears like to listen to in a given point in time.

So I kept listening, kept at it, and I eventually understood and I like them too now. But it's funny when I first heard Modest Mouse, I was like WTF too. I know exactly what you're talking about. |
