I don't know who decided that thousand island dressing would be good on a burger, but I'm glad somebody thought of it.

That being said, I think McDonalds new burger The Big and Tasty is better than both.

Had this been asked about a month ago I would have said Big Mac. I have REDISCOVERED the WHOPPER baby, and let me tell you something right now, Jim Ross, I'll take the Whopper over the Big Mac anytime, anyplace for any reason. In the Omni, in the Fleet Center or in the street for a loser leaves town, must shave head and wear a dress, lights out, falls count anywhere, Texas strap, loser must get rid of mask match. WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!, DADDY!

Everytime I eat whoppers, 2 hours later I get angina type symptoms. Never happened with big macs.

Oh by the way, the chicken whoppers taste like crap. Blah.

Double Beef Whopper with cheese. I like to live dangerously. When I'm feeling really self destructive I go for the Wendys Triple Cheese Burger with everything.

The whopper is better, which probably has to do with the fact that it has more calories.

Whopper: 640 calories
Big Mac: 560 calories

Mmmmm.  Flame-broiled goodness.

I actually like Dan's Diner's 1/3lb Big Max with fried onions and cheese and all the fixin. Two of those and a large basket of REAL french fries and life is good.

This is a FREE PLUG to use OkC people.

DAN'S COKE DINER, S. Western Avenue North of 89th Street West side of street.

Wonderful Hamburgers, grease and all.

Anyone old enough to remember when: " It takes 2 hands to handle a Whopper"? A Whopper used to be REAL BIG! They still be good though. And remember the fish sandwich called, The Whaler?

Wendy's bacon double cheeseburger (or whatever they're calling it this week).

But the ones I make at home on my George Foreman Grill are far superior.  1/2lb of 9%-fat beef, a Northwest Roll(TM) made by the Coeur d'Alene Baking Company, some smoked provolone cheese, and a little A1 Steak Sauce.  Lettuce and tomato optional. [:p]

As I zip up my Nomex suit, let me say:

In 'N Out sucks.  Even the bun is greasy.  Anything more than a single, and my entire GI system goes into shock for about three hours, and then I'll have 12 hours of hearburn & constipation.
