| Anyone knowledgable enough to make the comparisons? Tac Arms tonight is a replay of the Knights M110. The LAVster hasn't done a show on the OBR. I'm hearing great stuff on the OBR. |

That's what I thought too. SP Arty FTMFW |

If it means anything to you(it probably shouldn't), I made three out of five hits at 1000 yards at the LT range weekend and I never shoot long range. They're pretty boss. With? Well, it was at the Larue Tactical range day...so it probably wasn't the KAC. |

The winners of the service category (7.62mm shooters) of the 2010 International Sniper Competition held at Fort Benning, Georgia, shot 16-inch and 18-inch Larue Objective Battle Rifles. they would have done even better using the optimized battle rifles |

Glad I wasn't the only one that thought of this. |

There were Larue silhouettes at 500 and 750. The 750 yard ones were easy to drop. |
| We have over 70 M110s in our arms room, and I would never take one over an OBR. I have yet to see an OBR that shoots a group larger than an MOA at 100m, and most are well below that. We shot a 20" in Texas a few months back, with good ammo shooting at over 700 meters we had groups around 3 inches of vertical spread. The two that were shot in the International sniper comp last week were a 20', and a 16". The last event of the comp was a cold bore shot at 800 meters for both rifles. Both rifles first round hit on a Larue sniper target, about 1.5 moa wide, and a little over 2 moa tall at that range. Not bad for a 20 and 16 inch gas gun. Mark makes an incredible rifle, and the best part is that he stands behind everything he makes. |
