I got some pictures of an old rocket owned by a Koren War vet.  He said it was wire guided.  
Kinda net to look at.  Even had a note in it by the commanding general of the base releasing it for civilian use.

Chainsaw with a bow bar for cutting brush. The bow keeps the chain from being thrown off the bar.

Only in experimental stages.

None used operationally in that war.

U.S. Army did not field an operational wire guided rocket until around 1970.

I do not believe the object in the OP picture is a wire guided munition.

That was late-Vietnam-era tech.

I'll second FFAR 2.75", but I'm not sure it's hacked. The Mk5 HEAT warhead was pretty short.
