...whenever someone I work with finds out how many ARs I have, there first question is "do you want to sell one?" ![]() Either they have never heard of a gun store or they think I am going to take a huge loss and give them a screaming deal. These are my military coworkers. I usually offer to help them build one for themselves, but for some reason they always decline. Lazy bastiches! |

Quoted: Maybe it's the whole "you can only shoot one at a time" attitude. Sooooooo, you ready to sell one of those ARs? ![]() Another one! That is probably it, but like a lot of guys around here I have numerous ones that are all different. I can't live without them all. ![]() The good news is that I have managed to convert one of the rather liberal guys in my unit over to the dark side. We are going to build a AR for him when we get home. Supposedly for "hunting". His wife is going to kill him. |
| I'd ask. Whenever I hear of someone having guns I ask. My FIL and I went to a yardsale where they had a bunch of military gear and hunting stuff. Turned out to be the recently deceased hubby's stuff. FIL asked if she had any guns to sell and we went home with an old Model 42 winny and a Colt Python for $75...can we say at least a solid grand just for the 42?!? It never hurts to ask. |

Kind of hard to take home too.
