Don't understand the haters. Watching Megan Fox do anything is great. LOL! Seriously though just for the special effects these movies are incredible. Amazing what they can do. Heh, hate to burst your bubble but that drama queen got her ass fired from the movie.

As a kid i remember the robots as characters. Not for the most part in the movies they are nothing but scenery or props. I can barely tell the difference between the main ones, let alone the background ones. Scene after scene of cgi metal moving too fast to see, and not knowing if its a bad guy or good guy shooting. |
|
Quoted: Quoted: So it is just another two hour long GM commercial like the last one? I hope that's not the only problem you had with the 'film'. ![]() I thought it deserved an Oscar! ![]() It was worth watching once. I don't think I will be buying a copy anytime soon(or ever). I don't think I will be going to see the third one either. |

Link to actual filming, pretty cool

Nah, but some of us require a bit more for entertainment than your average ADD kid these days. Try reading a book sometime. I find my imagination provides much better special effects than Hollywood ever could. |

The only way I'd know if they were good or bad was if they were firing at the humans or not. |

I'm quite fond of action movies. I go into it expecting explosions, violence and little or no story. How is the Tranformers franchise any different from the Missing In Action franchise, Rambo franchise, or Predator franchise? Dont get your panties in a wad because you went into it expecting it to be something its not. |

After all, we are all going through menopause because we didn't like a movie. |

Exactly how I feel, sitting there watching wondering who is who. Optimus & Bumble Bee are about the only ones you can tell. The 2nd one was bad although I did buy it on BluRay |

Quoted: They could simply take random scenes and outtakes from the first two and splice them together to make a new movie and the end result would be the same. The first one was okay. The second one the camera was so close that I couldn't tell which robots were what. There could have been some Gobots in there and I wouldn't have been able to tell. |

I Concur 100%! I disagree. When you can do literally ANYTHING with computer graphics, nothing is amazing. And Megan Fox is a remarkably plain looking, vacuous imbecile. |

Honestly, I think special effects were much better pre-CGI... I agree to an extent. If the CGI work is minimal in only trying to make a small effect happen then it can be pretty good. When the whole movie has it then its hard to make it work. Its really about what studio is doing the effects. Movies with real world special effects always look better to me though. |

I'll definitely be going to see it in the theaters. I love a good scifi action movie with lots of explosions and cgi. Luckily for me I don't go to see these types of movies expecting a deep meaningful story line with in depth character development and academy award winning cinematography. I just go to see a lot of shiny shit get blown up in lots of big explosions.

Did you come in this thread to just trash those that don't like action movies or just this one in particular? Seems to me you are the only one here that has a problem. You take things way to personal for the internet. Everyone else seem to be doing just fine. Maybe some anger management classes or just some deep breathing would do you some good. Have fun with yourself. ![]() |
