| This is mighty similar to what happened to my neighbor. His lawyer told him to expect to pay 75k in legal fees to keep his property.........or walk away. I vouch for him that he IS NOT a shitbag. He had just spent 27k cash to build a shop. Who would pay cash for a shop and not pay a house payment? |

Flame away but how many owner occupied households are there in the U.S.? How much T.A.R.P. money has been spent and been used fraudulently ? If that same amount were used remove $100k of mortgage debt from every owner occupied home would we be better or worse than we are now? Serious question no handout BS, or entitlement or shouldn't have bought more than everyone could afford, or banks are crooks. just looking for logic in what has been spent and what that has done V.S. looking at what this scenario may have done for our economy. I don't have all the answers or know squat just looking at things from a different light, the money was gong to be spent one way or the other. |
