Lately I have been wanting nothing more than to enlist as an 11b or Cav Scout in the Army. Presently in college and I have a full ride or close enough that at most I'd have 200 a month in bills I have to pay with out any loans. I can't do Army ROTC because I have a weird degree time line. So at any point would it be worthwhile to quit college which I really can't stand and enlist to do something that appears interesting to me?

How much longer do you have until you graduate?  If you're more than half done, I would personally wait until you graduated and then enlist with your degree.  If less than half done, stick it out until you get 60 credits/hours or so and then enlist.  Also, what degree path are you taking?

I'm going for ag business. I entered college with a 2 yr degree (90 credits), which i earned the same time as my high school diploma. This term I am taking 12 credits and need 90 total more including this 12 for my bachelors.

Could you join now and continue taking classes whether online or otherwise?  Hell, I took 9 hrs of online classes while I was deployed in Iraq to finish my Associates.

Are you dead-set on going Active Duty?  You could always do National Guard while finishing schooling.  That would allow you to serve in 11B/19D capacity and still go to school.  (wink wink...this is what I did.)
And then if you were really wanting to join AD, you could transfer over once you graduated.

Well, I already have an associates. I realize that a degree is important and rotc is pretty important too in the whole scheme of things. However, I just have a feeling every day even though I earned a full ride that I am just an other average person. I watch videos of house to house fighting and think that it is something I would be interested in.I realize combat isn't a joke but I think it makes you or breaks you. At my school I see all kinds of fem men, and I am starting to think that with a degree I am no different than them. My ultimate thing would be to become a ranger or pilot. However aviation is almost out of the question as my vision isn't perfect and I had childhood asthma even though I don't take anything for it I just pushed through it. Granted it would take me quite a while pry 2-3 months to get into basic shape as I have not been working out do to my schedule and sickness.

I have somewhere near 3 years left for my ag degree. I have to take pre calculus, which I took before and got a c at my community college. I am retaking it to get a better score at my university. I also have to take calculus and then statistics. Both of which I hate. For my ag degree I have to take certain classes which rule me out of attending ROTC classes due to time conflicts.  I am contemplating switching my major to history which would reduce my degree timeline to 2 years and rule me out of AFROTC or AROTC all together, so really no matter what I do I am in a tough spot.

With that attitude, I would definitely look into joining the Guard while finishing your degree.  I did (and thought) the exact same thing as you.  If you do that while getting your toes wet, you still always have the option of transferring to AD later down the road once you finish your degree, so should you choose.

I will look into that. I heard about a program called high school to flight school, is it still in existence?

Indeed it is, however, with the current economy, everyone and their mom is apparently trying to get through the program, including tons of prior service so it's going to be extremely competitive.

Yeah that was my fear. Same thing with ROTC and aviation almost impossible to get an Aviation, Infantry or Intel slot which are the only MOS I would be interested in.
