Any one have some real easy Hard Cider recipes that give good results. Something along the lines of put juice, yeast and sugar in a bottle stick a balloon on top and set in the closet for a month. Also, whats the easiest way to juice a couple bu. of apples w/o a proper cider press.

Its easier to just buy it. Dickens is the best. Even my wife agrees, she loves a hard Dickens Cider.

Does she like a hot Dickens cider or a cold Dickens cider?

I think it is pretty much that easy to make cider. There is a few apple orchards around here, and going to try making it with that.
