That's Impossible on the History Channel has a show about ELF (extremely low frequency) waves controlling the weather and also controlling our minds. A few of the experts postulate that governments are already using ELF waves and have caused major disasters like Katrina, earthquakes, Obama's election, etc. And they might also be sending messages to our brains using microwaves and ELF waves that make it sound like we can hear things when nothing is there or somehow affecting our behaviors.
