I don't know how many of you know about this stuff, but it's awesome.

I think I've discovered my new favorite way to season stuff. I've been using it on vegetables, meats, fish... just about everything really.

I see that word on the side of the taco truck by work under the meats, but I don't know what it is.

If they got adobo they might have lumpia, thats a must try.

I make my own.

Granulated garlic
Granulated onion
Cumin
Chile powder
Paprika

I only use it when making messican food.
