Plastered a gopher with a black tip at 25yards off hand, his body was literally a bag of bones with no head and no guts. 17 grain VMAX. HM2 is the HMR short. I love it. Pretty quiet and shoots straight as a pin. Have only shot out to 100 yds but I think it's good for a little more. At 50 it's a laser.
