So I stopped into borders Books to look for "The Real George Washington" this morning. I finish and am headed to the cashier when I hear a Blue-hair lady (hereafter the Blue Haired Lib - BHL) being real loud to an employee up front next to the cashier. As I approach I hear the employee telling her "Ma'am, this is America". Then she yells, "When that Sarah Palin book came out, it was the first thing you saw when you walked in". He replies "Ma'am, it was a Best Seller." So I put together that BHL is upset about not having a book she was searching for or the fact that it wasn't up front and had neon lights on it. The employee (young kid, EMO type) is being very respectful while answering back at her YELLING at him. At the same time the one cashier finishes with her customer and as the customer was leaving, turns and tells BHL to "give it a rest". BHL yells "Be quiet, Republican!" I was chuckling up to now, so at this point I have to stir shit. I approach the cashier and say in a real loud voice, "What happened to tolerance,man, What happened to tolerance?" Now it's on. BHL spits out,"Tolerance? I'll tell you about Republicans in Missouri! Voting to repeal Health Care! Do you know what will happen?" At this point she was frothing so bad, I could barely understand, but then she finishes with "And you know who pays for it?? You do!" So I replied "And I shouldn't have to." Then I turned to the cashier and said, "Boy the tide is turning and libtards don't like it". BHL then stormed off to get her Middle-aged son (I assume) and stormed out of the store. EMO kid done good. After I was able to break off his engagement with her, he slide off to get the manager. Funny shit. Made my day just thinking about it. No blading took place, nor did I have to show my essence/dominance. This store never disappoints. Last time I was in they were doing a fund raiser and asked if I wanted to buy a bible to donate to a school. ETA:  |

i would have responded as i did the last time an old person commented on us fighting Obamacare. "Yes when we repeal this I know what will happen. People like you who didn't ave their fucking money will pay the price of death. Good fucking riddance for being slelfish and not asaving up for your end of life costs.
