need to have the bed of CBH down and over the whole plate.....eggs equally on top....so yolk despersion is equal......toast is good....but I think an english muffin or two....nicely toasted....beer works with this dish.....Maybe a different varity...but all and all....looks good.

I'll give it a 9/10.....now......to the kitchen I go....
