that the FCC can now compel ARFcom to had over ALL of their records while simultaneously gagging the company, preventing them from disclosing the action to anyone (FOI nullification or something like that)?

Heard something about some words being changed in some FCC regulations that will allow them fo

seize the isp (or whatever the terminology is) records of ANY internet based something or whatnot and that the entity under investigation (scrutiny, etc.) would be compelled by law not to disclose the seizure of their records.  That's why I'm asking.  has anyone else heard of this?  Details?  Accuracy?

There was something about the FBI wanting extended powers to seize data from sites and compel the site to not say anything about it; without a warrant, a couple weeks back.  Didn't hear any follow-up on it so it may have just been internet rumour.
