I've been using outlook express for my email program. From some reason it won't let me back up my emails. Please recommend an easy to use program. Thanks zeekh

OE is easy as pie to backup. Just select the ones you want and drag them where you want them...
The beta of Office 2010 is free and has been working for me pretty well. Thunderbird is OK too.

close OE, search hidden folders for *.dbx files. back those up
