Is it me or do some people love to make it abundantly clear that a thread is a 'dupe'?
Perhaps others are not on this site quite as often as these 'dupe' police and may have missed an interesting topic. Some people have jobs and other hobbies that require interaction with other humans thus leaving very little time for online browsing. More often than not the 'dupe' police won't include a link to the original post. Oh well... I just find it amusing. Albeit in an irritating way. Carry on. |

Dudes been around forever but never loses his creepy factor. |

(Multiple topics on important issues or discussions are acceptable, this only applies to topics which waste resources for no other reason except personal enjoyment or humor.) |

THIS rule comes from goatboy.... the one guy that out ranks edsr the rule is stop stop stupidty and spam, not stiffle discussion. EXCESSIVE threads yes.... but dragging up a "dupe" from page 12543 of the archive from 1994 is NOT a dupe. |

I just figured out why you (OP) are getting all butthurt about the dupe police..... in the last week you have started 18 threads in General Discussion, almost all of which are dupes ![]() Sorry but not true. I don't have the time nor the inclination to search prior to posting a topic. I post - you read. Its that simple. Again, I find it amusing and quite sad that people like you have: 1. the knowledge that a certain topic is a 'dupe'. 2. take the time to search n prove. - Read the replies to this thread and it becomes clear that others know exactly what I'm typing about. Now, quickly back to the board before you miss one! |
