I read that about a year ago,the narcos shot up the policia in that town and killed ~5 of them.I don't know the veracity of that but regardless,there are both many corrupt Mexican police and narcos masquerading as cops. |

Roughly: Narcos roll into town in convoy of SUVs. probably 40-50 people. They set up roadblocks to control traffic, keep it up for hours, rough up at least some motorists. Looks like they're doing a hit on a house. They try to kick down a door. Vehicles with light bars, not sure of Polica or not.

So... they roll into town, set up a fictitious roadblock, rough up some locals, steal some shit, do some blow, try to break in a house, are unsuccessful, and leave town an hour later?
I am now marking Creel, Chihuahua Mexico off my list of places to see before I die. I've seen it now, and it's a shithole. I'm happy with this video, no dogs got shot. |

True, but the Cartel generally doesn't tape their activities and release it to the press. OTOH it's probably both. Police using .gov equipment to support their Cartel buddies. Just from the PTZ w compass with that zoom and resolution, the only people that can afford that kind of hardware is .gov and the cartel. |
