Well done sir. 9.9 (no knife...) We love bison, it's right behind venison on our faves list. (I will never go to Ted's though, just can't stomach the man regardless of the tasty meat.) The texture and flavor are better, and the fat content and calories don't weigh you down. If you can build appropriate fences, they are supposedly easier to raise than cattle. Not as easy to herd. I hope to find out someday. |

I see a decided lack of glassware. Why put the wine in a goblet but drink the beer out of the bottle? The same principle applies to both beverages - you can't taste what you can't smell.
You drink your beer however you want, I'm just saying that straight out of the bottle is like cooking that steak well done. It's not fully utilizing all the deliciousness that's available. Then again, if you're hitting roughly 8 drinks in an evening, maybe you don't care?
