What should i do with them? eat immediately after reaching non moth scorching temperatures? or make a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a toasted kaiser roll (cheese will be melted as roll toasts)?

My largest pan is only larg enough to make 6 bacons at a time so there is not enough bacon per batch for "get both"

Me, my own self, am going to bake them in an oven at 400 F for 20 minutes then cover them with a powder of brown sugar and pecan nuts, and bake for another 10 minutes.
