I'm writing to my congressman and clearly informing him that he committed treason when voting for the UNCONSTITUTIONAL healthcare bill. Sen Bill Nelson's website has all sorts of drivel on why the healthcare law is wonderful. That may or may not be. I don't care. It's UNCONSTITUTIONAL and Bill Nelson is a TRAITOR who committed TREASON.
I urge you to do the same and write your representative, clearly informing him/her of the stakes at hand. When these people, (who are quite intelligent, I may add) vote for such things, they clearly DON'T CARE about the US CONSTITUTION. It's up to us to bring them up on charges. Because the blatant disregard for the law is obvious. Edit: I think treason is the proper term. We fought the nazi's, went through an extended cold war with the USSR and, of course, fought other communists throughout the years. Now, we have more than creeping socialism. We are fully embracing our former enemy's ways. And, that is why it's treason. |

Forcing private citizens to contract with other private citizens through threat of a fine or imprisonment. Yeah, pretty unconstitutional.
They know it. We know it. The Supreme Court is going to confirm it. They did it anyways. For the Democrats the ends always justify the means. What other service or good is the Government going to require that we purchase? GMC cars next? Will we have to contract to hire certain disadvantaged people to work for us? This health care bill effectively allows the government to begin to take over private property and eliminate free will. Communism here we come. |

Well, the government bailing out GMC is not unconstitutional. It may be stupid, but I see no reason to label that type of action as such.
However, when our reps have such blatant disregard for the Constitution, it's treason. There is no question about it. They did it with the hope of getting away with it (for the better good, they say). |

He doesn't care what you think, and he doesn't bother to. |

It will still be unconstitutional, it just wont be acknowledged as such until then, and that's if they choose to stand up for whats right. Its sad because lady justice isn't really blind, most times shes just forced to turn a blind eye.

You have ignored the wishes of your constituents, your bosses and you have been party to the destruction of the Republican form of Government WE THE PEOPLE are fighting to restore.
