It's a frozen pre-portioned desert available under different names through restaurant supply outlets. I forget the generic name but it is cheesecake wrapped in a tortilla and deep friend. Pretty simple to do really. I top mine with caramel and chocolate sauce. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm |
