I need a FREE program where I can edit video recordings. This has to be a legit software not something that is pirated. I dont need anything fancy like Vegas pro Just a program where I can gut out chunks of video clips and splice it back together. |
| If all you need to do is cut at a time offset and then join clips together, ffmpeg will do that in lots of different formats: http://www.videohelp.com/tools/ffmpeg |
