I figured this would get more attention here.

How is it possible to post something in the old EE under Everything Else? I see new ads, but there isn't a "New Topic" button. How are they posting?

That section is currently closed in the "old" EE.

Either try the "new" EE or wait for GoatBoy to finish doing his update thing.

They aren't. The threads in there are all old. They are just getting bumped to the top by new posts.
